M. A MAJEKODUNMI AWARD
This Price is awarded every year to the winner of the Young Gynaecologist& Obstetrician Competition during the Annual Scientific Conference.

The competition is open to all young Gynaecologists and Obstetricians (<=35year old). Candidates submit abstract of study S/he has participated in to the conference organizers indicating interest in the competition. A special session during the conference is devoted to presentations by candidates whose abstracts have been shortlisted. The winner is presented with a certificate and cash price of twenty-five thousand naira (N25,000.00)

HONORARY FELLOWSHIP AWARD
Honorary membership of the SOGON is awarded to men and women irrespective of their profession who are not ordinarily eligible to be members of SOGON but who have distinguished themselves in service to women and the newborn and/or the general public at large.

SOGON DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARDS
SOGON recognizes members who have distinguished themselves in various aspects of their service to SOGON and the general society at large.
